Trace gas measurements by Fourier Transform Spectrometry within the Network for the Detection of Atmospheric Composition and Change

The overall topic are long-term observations of atmospheric trace gases within the Network for Detection of Atmospheric Composition and Change (NDACC). The measurements are performed by the solar absorption spectrometry in the infrared spectral region. The spectra are recorded with the commercial high resolution Michelson interferometer Bruker 120-5 HR (120HR with updated electronics). During the polar night the moon is used as light source or FT spectrometry of emitted radiation is performed.
